International Payment Terms
All payments must be made in U.S. currency. Confirmed payment is required on some international orders. If a prepayment is made by Bank Draft or Wire Transfer, then a 2% discount applies. If payment is made by Irrevocable Letter of Credit, then a $250 surcharge applies. Letters of Credit must comply with Pacer Scientific's Terms and Conditions for these payments. Warranty
All manufacturers honor a warranty of 12 months parts and labor from date of invoice on all non-consumable equipment, except A.M.P.I., who honor a 5-year warranty for parts and labor. Warranty terms are subject to change without notice. Check your equipment warranty at time of purchase.

International Shipping
Door-to-door international shipping can be arranged by Pacer Scientific at reasonable cost to most international destinations. For fastest and most convenient delivery, we recommend that customers allow Pacer Scientific to select the carrier; but if customers prefer, Pacer Scientific will use the carrier specified by the customer. Shipping quotes can be provided.

Service
Service is available at the specific manufacturer's factory; however, some A.M.P.I. repairs are available at Pacer Scientific. Service information and circuit diagrams are included in the operator's manual of most instruments.
